Description
The Zoo is home to more than 1,700 mammals, birds, amphibians, fish, and reptiles representing more than 270 different species, of which more than 60 are endangered.
The Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association’s award-winning quarterly magazine, Zoo View covers the animals, plants, and conservation efforts of the L.A. Zoo. Its editorial mission is to broaden the awareness of, and appreciation for, wildlife and wild places.
